WHAT IS THE FFA NETWORK?
If you love to grow food and you would love to grow your permaculture business join the Food Forest Abundance Network!
Who are we?
Food Forest Abundance Designs & Installs Food Forests and Edible Landscapes anywhere in the United States.
We are starting to get extremely busy this time of the year so we are looking for experienced permaculture designers, installers, and landscapers that would like to install Edible Landscapes & Food Forests for us.
Since we do all of our own marketing and social media etc. we are always generating leads and have projects from all over the United States.
FFA acquires the customer and completes the design process and then we compile a comprehensive Food Forest Blueprint ready for installation.
That is where you come in…
As an example, Our new client lives in Phoenix, Arizona and you are a local Permaculture expert in the Phoenix area. Because you are part of the FFA Network you will be the first contact we make to offer you the project if you qualify.
You will know ahead of time the scope of the install, at this time you should know whether you can handle the install. You must have adequate labor because you will be moving a lot of mulch, soil, digging holes, etc.
We have a process we follow that works for us, but will always continue to evolve with the input of ideas from you as localized experts in our network.
Recently, we installed a Food Forest in Austin, TX, and the soil and mulch guy George from Geo Growers is a soil expert so we used his localized knowledge to make sure we gave these trees the best chance to thrive once in the ground. Without his local knowledge, we could have added the wrong soil amendment and the trees could have struggled. Having a local expert sharing tips and resources helps everyone!
It is FREE to join the FFA Network. All you need to do is fill out an easy form that gives us your business contact information and your experience. Are you a certified Permaculture Designer? Or do you want to be? (FFA offers a PDC)
- FFA receives 15% of the project.
- You take the remaining 85% to source the perennial fruit trees, berry bushes, soil amendments, mulch, and whatever else the project needs. We will provide your team with FFA t-shirts and hats, and a yard sign to post in front of the home or business you are doing the install for FFA
You must have the tools and the ability to complete these projects and document the entire process with before and after images each day of the project and walk-thru videos for our image and video gallery.
