Refund Policy.

At FFA we operate off of the tenants of the Permaculture Ethics → Earth Care, People Care, & Fair Share.

If you believe that we have not performed the services that you have paid for, or that one of our products is not functioning properly, please let us know. We will work directly with you to make things right.

Please keep in mind that for all designs - the first 50% is viewed as a deposit and is non-refundable.
